not really sure that ther eis an exact time it is released…….HGH is needed for the healig process and it restores things in our bodies that we unknowingly tear down during a normal day. it is also known as an anti-aging hormone.

Both HGH and Cortisone are legal with a prescription. Both are natural hormones made by the human body, though they can also be artificially synthesized. Athletes are often permitted to use cortisone, because cortisone isn’t really performance-enhancing.
